I recently had a lovely restyle and colour applied by Dawn, and the whole experience was absolutely wonderful! The care and attention Dawn took with my curly hair was fabulous. I walked out with a fresh new style, a gorgeous new colour, and beautifully supported curls. Dawn's expertise truly shines through, and the salon itself has such a beautiful, calming atmosphere. The entire team is great and incredibly welcoming. I also love that this place is a true 'one-stop pamper shop'—you can get your hair done, have your nails done, enjoy a head spa, or even get a massage all at one location. I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the Japanese Head Spa and wow! It felt like I had step into a dream!

From entering this beautiful salon to being treated by Rezan was a lovely experience. Being my first visit to this salon it certainly lives up to its name - It’s Personal and all about you! Rezan listened to what I wanted  and gave me so much more. I walked out looking and feeling brand new. I also met Dawn (the owner) who is just delightful!! She is warm and welcoming. I had the most amazing experience with Dawn yesterday! I had a half head of foils done and she truly put in the time and care to completely transform my hair. Her attention to detail was incredible and the end result is exactly what I wanted — even better than I imagined!

I don't like hair dressing salons. As a Neurodivergent they're a sensory nightmare, from the chatter and lighting to the smells and sounds. That is, until I went to It's Personal Hair Skin Beauty! The fabulous owner Dawn immediately set me at ease and truly listened. She even guessed the kind of hairstyle I wanted before I could fumble it out of my mouth! She respected my dislikes without fuss and made the whole experience calm and relaxing. I cannot thank you enough! Oh and I'm in love with my new style! I will definitely be a regular and highly recommend It's Personal to anyone who has an aversion to hairdressers for whatever reason, or is just looking for a wholesome, highly skilled, professional salon with the perfect personal touch! 🌟
