I’m Dawn Parker-Jones – “Dawny” to my friends, the proud owner of It’s Personal Hair . Skin . Beauty. With over half my life dedicated to managing hair salons and coaching salon owners, I’ve had the privilege of exploring a wide variety of salon styles and experiences in Australia, New Zealand and the UK.
My vision for It’s Personal Hair . Skin . Beauty is simple yet profound – I want to provide a hairdressing experience that’s truly unique for my clients. I believe in transfusing peace, tranquility and uplifting energy into every visit.

One of her roles is ensuring our clients always come first with her exceptional coordination skills. And guess what? She makes amazing coffee too!
This is Eliza, our talented stylist with an impressive 17 years of experience in the hair and makeup industry. Eliza brings her exceptional skill set, passion, and expertise to create stunning hair transformations. With a keen eye for detail and a particular flair for crafting perfect blondes, she works her magic in every style she touches. Whether you’re dreaming of a new look or a flawless blonde, Eliza is here to bring your hair goals to life.
Alison is a very experienced stylist, with 38 years in the hair industry and 24 years as a salon owner, Alison brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the salon. Her passion for her clients shines through in every interaction, ensuring their needs are always met with the utmost care and attention. But that’s not all – she also brings a keen business acumen, understanding the ins and outs of running a successful salon.
